Let’s Stop Fighting Each Other. And Start Working for a Better America.

Regardless of what you believe or where you fall on the political spectrum, we’ve all seen disagreements pull apart our communities, friendships, and families. But as the divide grows between us, so does the threat to our democracy, our values, and our nation’s security. We’ve seen how the spread of misinformation, mal-information and disinformation on social media can make it worse. In fact, 85% of Americans believe that our political debates have become less respectful and less fact based.

What Can We Do?

Talk and then LISTEN to each other – face-to-face, person-to-person, as a community – keeping an open mind about ideas and opinions that differ from our own. That’s why Community Conversations is holding live, in-person events around the country to help bridge America’s growing civic divide. All with the goal of talking with each other, not at each other.

We’ll never agree on everything. And we shouldn’t. But our disagreements don’t need to turn our neighbors into our enemies. Strengthening our community connections reminds us that our shared values are more powerful than the threats that divide us.

How Can You Help?

Tell us what you think. Solving the problem starts with listening to each other. Take the survey and tell us what’s on your mind.
